If I pay by credit card, what will appear on my bank statement?
All transactions will appear on your bank statement as Hocus Pocus.

Worldwide Shipping?
Herbies Seeds ship worldwide but we ask you to check your local law before ordering, as laws differ from country to country, state to state and by ordering, you are confirming that you are ok to do so.

Is your shipping discreet?
At Herbies Seeds, we go to every effort to make sure your order reaches you as quickly and securely as possible. All packaging is completely discreet, and we take great care in ensuring your order is packaged to minimise risk of damage.
For your privacy all orders are sent in a plain brown unmarked "jiffy" padded envelope.
Only your name and address will appear on the package and there will be no mention of the contents or our company name on the package.

Do you accept postal orders?
Yes. Herbies Seeds accept a range of orders by post. Simply make your selections and on viewing your shopping cart instead of pressing the green Checkout Now button use the print order form option.
With this form please enclose your payment which may be by Cash, by UK Postal Orders, or by UK Money Order or UK Bankers Draft. We do not accept International Money Orders as it is not possible to process these within the UK, if you are ordering from outside the UK we only accept Cash or Debit or Credit Cards. Please DO NOT send Money Orders or Cheques drawn on a bank outside of the UK as they may have to be destroyed and you will not receive your order.  Please write the full Shipping name and address clearly on the form. Please note we accept cash in GBP pounds sterling, Euros and US Dollars.
Please make sure that all the above are made payable to our store name HOCUS POCUS not Herbies Seeds, and that you use an insured trackable option to send to us.

Once I have ordered, how do I obtain my tracking number?
If you're purchasing online, you will automatically receive an e-mail to confirm receipt of your order. (If ordering over the phone, you can request it on completion of payment). You will receive an e-mail on despatch notifying you of your tracking number, (if ordering over the phone, you can request it on completion of payment) and that the order is being processed. Orders are normally processed between 9 am and 5.30 pm Monday - Friday UK time.

If you have not received your tracking number, please remember to check your junk mail folder before contacting us as e-mails do not always end up in your inbox.

Please note that orders shipped via standard Airmail have no tracking information.

How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?
We do quote three working days for orders to be processed with U.K. Mainland deliveries usually taking between 1-3 working days and are sent 'recorded, signed for', which makes them easy to track. Should you not be at home when a delivery is attempted, your postman will leave a slip through your door and your package will be returned to your closest main post office, waiting for collection. If you do not collect your parcel it will be returned to us and we will then contact you to confirm that your address details are correct so that we can reship if it does eventually arrive back with us.
99% of International orders are usually delivered within 7 - 10 working days, however they can take up to 21 working days, but this is quite rare. International orders are sent 'Track and Trace' and most countries do not require a signature on delivery so will normally be posted through your letterbox, size permitting. If not, it will be returned to your local post office and a card left through your door, notifying you of an attempted delivery and your package is awaiting a pick up. Should this occur, please collect your order from your local post office.
Please check if your country is an ‘Airsure’ Country (a country where a signature is not required)
Please also be aware that we do send to some countries signature required and some countries without a tracking number.

My seeds are damaged/faulty, what should I do?
In the highly unlikely event that an item sent to you is found to be faulty, you may send it back to us for a replacement. We will refund the cost of sending the item back to us.

What is your Returns Policy?
Herbies Seeds require contact by phone, post or e-mail as goods sent back without prior consent from Herbies Seeds will be sent back at your cost. If you would like to return items brought from this website, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Items returned must be in a new and unused condition. We will refund the cost of the items; however shipping charges are non-refundable.

Do you have an Exchange Policy?
Yes. If you would like to exchange your items for different products in our range, you may do so within 7 days of receiving them. Items returned must be in a new and unused condition and in their original unopened packaging. Please detail which items you would like as replacements. We will charge your card for the cost of sending these replacements out to you, as well as any extra balance that your updated order may incur. Please note that our return policy also applies.

Is shipping included in seed prices?
No. Shipping will be charged on top of the total cost of seeds you wish to purchase.

I’ve had problems ordering online. What should I do?
You may need to double check the details you have entered. The card you are using must be registered to the billing address as this may cause your order to be rejected. You may have entered your card details incorrectly, so you may need to check them again. Also, you must have sufficient funds in your account to process the transaction. If you are 100% sure that you have entered all details correctly please contact us so that we can help you through the process and try taking payment over the phone.

I tried to buy online but had technical difficulties with the website, did my order go through?
If you experience any technical issues during the buying process of the site please check your inbox (including junk mail) for a confirmation email. If you're unable to find confirmation of your order please contact us via telephone or our Contact Us page.

Do you ship in original breeders packs?
We ship all seeds in their original breeder’s packs with the exception of single pick n mix seeds, which are removed from their original breeder packaging and repackaged by Herbies Seeds.
However, if using Super Stealth shipping, seeds are removed from their original breeders packaging and put into individually labelled mini bags. If you are worried about your privacy and security, this is the option for you!

Will I get free seeds with my order?

I have a discount code, where do I use it?
If you have one of Herbies Seeds many discount codes paste it into the Promo Codes box on the Credit Card details page.

Methods of Payment.
We accept all major credit/debit cards online or over the phone. Our online sales are 3D Secure, 256 bit encrypted and hacker safe making it a very safe place to enter your details. All phone order payments are put through a secure VSP terminal online and once the payment goes through, we do not hold any records of clients credit/debit card details and all other client information remains highly confidential.
If you are placing a phone order we will only be able to talk to the owner of the card when taking details for payment. This is for purely for protection of the card owner and to prevent fraudulent transactions. We will also have to ship the parcel to the card billing address.
International Gift Cards are also accepted online and over the phone should you not have a credit/debit card. With these you must enter the issuing banks details in the billing section and then your address in the delivery details. You must also call the gift card company to register the card and tell them you are purchasing overseas so they can activate it for international use. We do not accept cards that are not registered for international use if you are ordering outside of the UK.
If you do not wish to process a transaction online or over the phone, you can download a printable order form from our website which is very easy to complete. Then purchase a money/postal order and post it to us, with the completed order form.
Money/postal orders can be purchased from your local post office, gas station or bank. These must be made payable to 'Hocus Pocus'. (If made out to any other name, the money order may be destroyed and result in your order not being processed). We do not accept International Money Orders as it is not possible to process these within the UK, if you are ordering from outside the UK we only accept Cash or Debit or Credit Cards. Please DO NOT send Money Orders or Cheques drawn on a bank outside of the UK as they may have to be destroyed and you will not receive your order. Please write the full Shipping name and address clearly on the form. Please note we accept cash in GBP pounds sterling, Euros and US Dollars.
Once we receive the money/postal order we will check that the payable amount is correct before processing the order. Please remember to include delivery costs and any additional stealth costs, as it can hold up your shipment. And if ordering from overseas, please check you have paid the correct monies to the correct currency. We do have a currency converter on our website if this helps. Unfortunately we do not accept bank transfers or PayPal.
Cash can also be sent in the post, but please be sure to send it to us via a secure postal service that is track able, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss in the mail.

Can I buy single seeds?
Yes. Some seeds are available to purchase as single seeds on Herbies Seeds. Alternatively you should visit our dedicated single pick n mix seed website at Herbies Pick N Mix Seeds.

How do we know that you are a legitimate company? Will we receive what we have paid for? Do you have a shop, warehouse or a place where we can visit?
Hocus Pocus, owner of this website, have been trading for 20 years, 10 years online, with testimonials to our quality of service all over the internet.

Yes. If you sign up to our 'Back In Stock' list we'll contact you via email once we have your selected seeds back in supply.

I’ve got my seeds, how do I grow them?
Herbies Seeds only sell seeds as souvenirs and for storage to preserve natures genetics. Although our seedbank is full of the world's finest and rarest varieties from the World's premiere breeders, current UK Laws only permit sale for the aforementioned purpose. For this reason we are unable to entertain any enquiries regarding germination, yields, potency etc. as germination/cultivation of cannabis seeds is illegal in Great Britain.
We are legally unable to answer any emails on this subject and if we believe seeds are being purchased for any illegal purpose the sale will be refused.
